Shipping is free across continental Europe for the boards and for the accessories when purchased with a board. A small shipping fee is applied to accessories when not purchased with a board. Shipping times range from 2-5 business days depending on your proximity to our warehouse. See more

Returns
Products must be in their original packaging within 30 days, pending product inspection before we can offer a full refund. See more
Warranty

Our boards are covered by a 2-year warranty. Accessories that come with the board (fins, leash, manual pump, paddle) are covered by a 90-day warranty. All other accessories are covered by a 1-year warranty. Damage due to misuse or negligence is not covered. Warranty period starts from the date of shipping. See more
